This Privacy Policy explains how Online Viewer Tools handles information when you use our browser-based online viewers for CSV, SVG, and XML files.

Files you open

The viewer pages are designed around client-side inspection. When you upload or paste CSV, SVG, or XML content, the page reads and processes that content in your browser for the viewing task shown on that page.

You should not open files containing confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information in any online tool unless you have confirmed that the tool and your own policies allow it.

Basic website data

Like most websites, hosting and security systems may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and request time. This information is used to operate, secure, and improve the site.

Analytics and cookies

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site, such as page views, clicks, scroll behavior, browser type, device information, and session interaction patterns. This helps us find layout problems, broken flows, and confusing tool controls.

Clarity may use cookies or similar technologies after analytics consent is accepted. If you decline analytics cookies, we send a denied consent signal. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.

The CSV, SVG, and XML viewer areas are marked for Clarity masking so pasted files, uploaded file contents, and rendered tool output are not intentionally captured in session recordings. You should still avoid confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive files unless your own policy allows use of an online viewer.

What we do not do

We do not require an account for the core viewer workflows.
We do not sell personal information.
We do not claim schema-level XML validation, malware scanning, or secure enterprise document review.
